Overview
Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG) is seeking a full‑time Otolaryngologist (Board Certified or Board Eligible) to join a collaborative, physician‑led practice in Palo Alto, California. The role offers high‑quality ENT care with ample professional growth, including outpatient care, procedural work, and surgical practice supported by advanced technology and a culture that prioritizes clinician well‑being, mentorship, and collaboration.

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
Fellowship training (optional)
Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary range: $382,500 – $425,000 (based on experience)
Signing bonus and relocation allowance available
Guaranteed salary for two years with production bonus
Shareholder eligibility after two years
PSLF eligible
Comprehensive benefits, including 401(k), cash‑balance retirement plan, and Health Savings Account
