Opportunity Details
Provide comprehensive Otolaryngology care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
Participate in dedicated OR block time, including robotic surgical procedures.
Conduct outpatient clinic sessions and manage continuity of care.
Perform inpatient rounds and respond to emergency room consults, as needed.
Educate and mentor surgical residents and medical students in an academic environment.
Participate in a shared call schedule.
Qualifications
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology.
NewYork Medical License.
Wages and Benefits
Annual Base Salary: $204,000* based on a 24‑hour work week.
Annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $248,400**, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below.
Projected bonus of up to $24,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
401(k) Company Contribution: employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings; after one year, an additional 7% contribution.
