Otolaryngology (ENT) Physician – Ephrata, PA
Join a leading facility in Ephrata, PA, offering a competitive hourly pay rate of $332.58. Enjoy a flexible schedule with clinic hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, primarily outpatient work, and the opportunity to perform high-volume ENT procedures. Location: Ephrata, PA
Start Date: 10/26/2026
Scheduled End: 01/25/2027
Shift: Day, 8-hour clinic hours, OT 7:30 am - 3:30/4 pm
Schedule: 5 OR days/month, 7 clinic days/month
Patients per Day: 26-27 clinic patients, approximately 6 surgeries
Experience: Board Certified or Eligible in Otolaryngology, ACLS/BLS, PA license or IMLC, DEA required
Hourly Pay Rate: $332.58

What You'll Do
Provide outpatient ENT care to patients of all ages in clinic
Perform a broad range of general ENT surgical procedures including outpatient surgeries
Collaborate with medical assistants and clinical support staff
Support patients through the entire care process, from diagnosis to post-op follow-up
Document patient encounters efficiently using EPIC EMR
Support department initiatives and maintain clinical standards
Maintain compliance with licensing, certifications, and hospital policies
What You Need
Board Certification or Eligibility in Otolaryngology
Active PA license or IMLC licensure
DEA registration
ACLS, BLS certifications
At least 1 year of experience in ENT
Experience with parathyroid surgery (modest volume acceptable)
Proficiency with EPIC EMR and high-volume outpatient practice experience
Comfortable performing general ENT procedures and surgeries
