Otolaryngology(ENT) – Private Practice\ N
Location: Waycross, GA\ N
Schedule: Four-day work week (one Friday per month)\ N
Estimated MGMA Range: $450,000 – $600,000+\ N

She Recruits is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join a well-established private practice affiliated with a regional hospital system.\ N
This opportunity offers surgical autonomy, strong community demand, and a highly desirable four-day work week model.\ N
What You’ll Do:\ N
Provide comprehensiveENT care for adult and pediatric patients\ N
Perform sinus surgery, thyroid procedures, head & neck cases, tonsillectomy, and related surgeries\ N
Conduct outpatient consultations and office-based procedures\ N
Provide inpatient consults and participate in shared call\ N
Collaborate with primary care and emergency physicians\ N
Support growth of theENT service line
