This role offers strong institutional backing and the autonomy to expand sinus, allergy, and advanced ENT services while shaping the future of the program. Physicians will benefit from system-wide Epic EMR, administrative support, and potential equipment investment to support practice growth. Call is capped at a maximum of 10 days per month and is primarily phone and consult based, offering strong lifestyle balance.
