Job description
ANY STATE LICENSE ACCEPTED TO PRESENT
M-F clinic/OR (8a-5p - includes 1 hour lunch)
OR scheduled 1 day per week
Weeknight and Weekend call
Looking for coverage a minimum of 1 week per month
Facial trauma experience required - Facial trauma includes Mandible Fracture Repairs
General head and neck experience only - complex head and neck is not required
Comprehensive ENT practice
APP support in clinic and OR
Current Open dates - when submitting your provider, please include their availability on the open dates below.
• 10/1-10/12
• 10/24-11/9
• 11/17-11/31
• 12/1-12/14
Will need ongoing coverage throughout 2025
