Join a successful, well-established ENT practice in Bismarck, North Dakota. They offer the opportunity to subspecialize and the ability to customize your practice into your dream job!
Practice Overview:
Currently 2 physicians and 3 APPs
Two dedicated OR days
High-volume surgical practice with a variety of cases
Brand new clinic with 13 exam rooms and large procedure rooms
New outpatient surgery center
Call 1:5 (no facial trauma required)
Recruitment Package:
$650,000 + wRVUS
$200,000 retention bonus (for 4 years)
