Position Highlights :
NO CALL Responsibilities - Your time off is YOURS.
2 dedicated days per week in the OR with full OR support staff and first assist.
Strong community need with the ability to be as busy as you want to be.
Community of roughly 100,000 with no full-time permanent ENT.
Step into an underserved market with built-in demand and room to grow quickly.
APP support for post-op and follow-up visits to improve clinic efficiency.
Compensation & Benefits :
Negotiable Base Salary starting at $550,000 + Uncapped RVU Production Bonus
Sign-on and relocation assistance

Qualifications :
Degree: M.D. or D.O.
Certifications: Board certification preferred, board-eligible acceptable
Licensure: State licensure or ability to obtain state licensure
Skillset: General otolaryngology
Experience: Open to new grads and experienced surgeons
