This position offers significant professional autonomy, strong referral support, advanced technology, and the opportunity to build a practice based on individual interests and expertise.
The practice is structured as approximately:
50% General ENT 50% Subspecialty Focus Candidates with training or interest in the following areas are encouraged to apply:
Head & Neck OncologyOtology / NeurotologyFacial Plastic SurgerySleep SurgeryLaryngology / Voice DisordersAdvanced sinus surgery SCHEDULE & CLINICAL VOLUMETypical schedule is approximately 3 clinic days and 2 operating room days per weekPhysicians have significant input regarding schedule design, patient volumes, and practice operationsAverage clinic volume: approximately 25-30 patients per dayBackup call responsibilities as assigned CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIESProvide comprehensive medical and surgical care for disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neckMaintain a balanced General ENT and subspecialty-focused practiceEvaluate, diagnose, and treat adult and pediatric ENT conditionsPerform outpatient and inpatient Otolaryngology proceduresDevelop and expand subspecialty services based on physician expertise and community needsCollaborate with audiologists, advanced practice providers, hospitalists, and specialty physiciansMaintain accurate and compliant documentation in the EMRParticipate in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiativesContribute to continued growth of the ENT program PRACTICE SUPPORTExperienced audiology teamAdvanced practice provider supportHospitalist support for admissions and medical managementRobust subspecialty support, including Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery, and other specialtiesEstablished referral network with significant growth potentialLimited regional competitionAccess to advanced surgical technology, including robotic surgical systemsIndependent, physician-led culture emphasizing autonomy, innovation, and physician input COMPENSATION & BENEFITSUncapped wRVU productivity incentiveCall paySign-on bonusPaid time offAnnual CME allowanceRelocation assistanceEducational loan assistance availablePSLF-eligible employer403(b) retirement plan with employer matchMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insuranceDisability coverageFull benefits package RecruitWell's Core Values:Open communicationSense of urgencyTeamworkAccountabilityDriven to winHigher consciousness
