ENT Otolaryngology Physician Opportunity
Practice Setting
438-bed regional medical center serving Northeast Arkansas and Southeast Missouri with a 600,000 patient service area
Award-winning medical center, named "Best Places to Work in Arkansas" for 10 consecutive years
Level III trauma center with diverse medical staff and over 40 specialties offered
State-of-the-art operating rooms and new equipment, including towers, video scopes, and more
Comprehensive support services including Anesthesia, Radiology, Emergency Medicine, and Audiology
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM 2-3 days per week in clinic, 2-3 days in the OR; flexible based on provider preference
Q5 call rotation
General ENT position with heavy backlog of patients and surgical cases
Compensation & Benefits
$600,000 guaranteed salary for the first 2 years + production, plus a $100,000 relocation & signing bonus
