ENT Opening - La Grande, Oregon Earning potential of $750K+ Join our dedicated team in La Grande, Oregon, as an ENT specialist, where you will enjoy a competitive compensation package, state-of-the-art facilities, and the chance to work in a close-knit community surrounded by the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Benefits Details Very competitive total compensation of $750k+, including:
- Quality incentives - RVU bonus based on annual threshold Commencement bonus: $50k
Annual CME: $8,000 (includes licensing, dues, and subscriptions)

Position Details Dedicated weekly OR time
- State-of-the-art TruDi navigation (Acclarent) and operating equipment - New state-of-the-art operating rooms to be constructed in the next 2-3 years Average patient volume: 20 patients/day (more if desired); medical scribes available
Work schedule: 4-day work week
Full-time, permanent position
Utilizes Epic EMR
