Position Overview & Highlights:
We re seeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to launch a new general ENT program in a fast-growing market . Hospital-employed position with established support systems and infrastructure
Quick ramp-up opportunity immediate access to referral networks
Broad otolaryngology scope (inpatient/outpatient, surgical, procedural)
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary + wRVU upside

Ideal Candidate Profile: MD or DO (BE/BC status in Otolaryngology)
New Mexico medical license eligible
Open to new grads and experienced docs comfortable stepping into a sole provider role
Note: J1 waivers are available. H1B transfers are accepted for candidates currently awaiting their green card.
