Practice Overview

Bread-and-butter general ENT procedures
Shared call structure with plans to reduce as the group grows
Schedule
Full-time weekday schedule with a predictable structure
Balanced mix of clinic and OR time throughout the week
Limited call rotation that supports long-term sustainability
No routine weekend clinic responsibilities outside of scheduled call
