Sign On Bonus: $90,000
Production Incentive: RVU-based productivity compensation

Qualifications
Otolaryngology: General ENT with autonomy to develop regional sub-specialty referral interests
Degree: MD or DO
Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
Licensure: Active state medical license or ability to obtain one
Sponsorship: J-1 and H-1B visa candidates encouraged to apply
