ENT opening near Colorado Springs, CO Located in Pueblo, CO - Colorado Springs 42mFull-time, PermanentA growing ENT practice in Colorado is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Otolaryngologist to join an established, physician-led healthcare system. This opportunity offers the ability to build a rapidly growing patient panel, perform high procedural volumes, and practice within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment serving a community with strong demand for ENT services. High demand for ENT services with rapid patient panel growth Established referral network and strong clinical support Collaborative physician-led practice environment Opportunity for high procedural and surgical volume Access to hospital and outpatient surgery center settings Mentorship and support from experienced ENT physiciansKey Responsibilities Provide comprehensive ENT care in outpatient clinic and surgical settings Diagnose and treat conditions involving: Ear, Nose, Throat, and Head and neck Perform a wide range of ENT surgical procedures Participate in shared emergency department call coverage Provide consultations for referred ENT cases Collaborate with audiology specialists for integrated hearing care Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and care coordination Deliver patient-centered care focused on quality outcomes Coordinate with specialists and multidisciplinary teams across the health systemPractice Environment Procedures performed in: Level III Trauma Center hospital setting On-campus outpatient surgery center Integrated multidisciplinary healthcare system Strong referral base and regional patient demand Collaborative relationships with specialists and support staffSchedule & Call Full-time schedule Shared 1:5 emergency department call rotation Weekend responsibilities based on call scheduleCompensation & Benefits Compensation Annual salary: $458,000 - $508,000 Quality and/or productivity bonus opportunities Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates Paid malpractice insurance Retirement & Financial Benefits 403(b) retirement plan with employer match Optional 457(b) retirement plan Health & Wellness Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability coverage Dependent coverage available Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) eligibility Professional Development Generous CME allowance Time Off Paid family and medical leave Contractual paid time off available at start of employment Additional leave options availableRequirements Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT) Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain DEA required prior to start Current NPDB Self-Query report required Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred
