Job description
Phelps Health is seeking a full-spectrum Otolaryngologist to join a busy, well-supported clinic in South-Central Missouri. You'll step into an active patient base with strong allergy and sleep program demand, backed by an experienced team and modern facilities.

Immediate, established patient volume - numerous opportunities to shape your practice to fit your style
Full clinical team already in place - 2 audiologists, 2 nurse practitioners, and 1 physician in the ENT clinic, plus experienced surgical colleagues across the hospital
Strong allergy and sleep programs - with established patient demand, including Inspire sleep system candidates
Modern, updated clinic facilities and equipment - with Epic EMR and DAX Copilot
Flexible call schedule - with hospital-supported coverage
Three-year guaranteed base salary - plus wRVU incentives and compensation for mid-level collaboration
Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary for three years, plus wRVU incentives
