Opening for ENT Physician in WALocated in Wenatchee, WA - Seattle 140mFull TimePermanent PositionSeeking BC/BE ENT Physician to join team in Wenatchee, WAOverview: - Pay range $443,667 to $479,639 - 4 or 5-day schedule available - Open to 0.8 FTE position or 1.0 FTE position - ENT call is 1:5 (usually one weekend and one Monday Thursday block every 5 weeks) - Consults at two hospitals with a very strong hospitalist program - Epic Electronic Medical Record - Clinic Hours: 8-5, flexible scheduling possible - 1 surgical day per week once practice establishedBenefits & Compensation: - Time off: up to 11 weeks (for full time, five-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status) of time off - Government site qualified: HPSA Score 14 - Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000 - Continuing medical education allowance of $8,000 every two years - Generous Healthcare/Vision/Dental Annual Premium paid for provider and family - Matching 401k upon start, life insurance, long term disability insurance - Signing bonus - Navigate Student Loan Counseling for the life of your student loan repayment - Vital Work Life Employee Assistance Program - HEDI: Active Health Equity and Diversity Inclusion program - One-year physician partnership track for US candidates Estimated pay range/amount is $443,667 to $479,639.
