Fraley & Schilling recruits for an OTR CDL-A Flatbed Driving role based in North Royalton, OH. Enjoy 100% employee-owned ESOP, weekly earnings averaging $1,500–$1,800, and a mix of drop-and-hook and live loads across Conestoga, dry van, and flatbed fleets.
Earn up to 30% production pay with no tarping, home weekly around 48 hours, plus an enticing 34-hour reset pay program: $200 for the first reset and $300 on the second consecutive reset. Health insurance options are available.
