Job DescriptionCDL-A Independent Contractor – OTR Reefer, Percentage Pay \ N
IWX Motor Freight is urgently hiring CDL-A independent contractors for OTR reefer freight running primarily through the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast, with opportunities to run West.
\ NYou'll earn percentage pay instead of mileage pay, keep 100% of the fuel surcharge, and choose your own loads. It's a setup built for contractors who want to run their own business, backed by a carrier team that understands life on the road.

87.5% of linehaul revenue, plus 100% of the fuel surcharge
\ N Contractors average $244,400 gross annually ($4,700/week);
top-performing contractors gross $286,000+ annually ($5,500+/week)*

Qualifications \ N
Valid Class A CDL
\ N 23 years of age or older
\ N 1 year of verified OTR experience within the past 36 months
