Job description
Clean Harbors is looking for a OTR Class A Dry Van Owner Operator to join their safety conscious team in El Dorado, AR. This position can also be domiciled in Reidsville, NC/Baltimore, MD/ or Bartow FL. This is a FLEX and will run wherever needed. 2800- 3000 miles weekly. Two weeks out required.
About the role:
Average $200-250K per year
Bi-Weekly home time
Compensation package includes on-duty time paid via hourly demurrage rates, non-asset hourly rates, and/or mileage pay

RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
Operates tractor trailer units
Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads
Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
Maintains daily logs, invoicing, time sheets, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports
QUALIFICATIONS Class A CDL
HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
Minium 12 months of Class A driving experience
Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software
