OTR Dry Van Company Driver (CDL A) Pay: $0.60 - $1.17 / MILE Top 50% earning $1,500+ Weekly - Top 20% Earning $1,900+ Weekly - $2,500 Orientation Completion BonusEarn a MINIMUM of $1,300/wk for your first 12 weeks! We've been redesigning our network over the past several years so you have fewer deadhead miles - get loaded closer to where you get emptied! Dry van OTR company drivers are under a load 81+% of the time! Other Van Company Driver Benefits: Company drivers earn 26% of revenue with a guaranteed 60 CPM floor $2,500 orientation completion bonus Average nearly 4 loads per week Average 1,900+ miles per week (that means you're making great money without burning miles!)
