OTR Flatbed Specialized Company Driver Pay: $0.70 - $1.34 / MILE Average 86 CPM - Top 50% earning $1,650 Weekly - Top 20% Earning $2,250 Weekly - Career Path Opportunities - $2,500 Orientation Completion Bonus Earn a MINIMUM of $1,400/wk for your first 12 weeks! Learn how to tie down the loads properly, how to work with pilot car and police escorts and all the other things it takes to become a heavy haul truck driver. Other Flatbed Company Driver Benefits: Company drivers earn 26% of revenue with a guaranteed 70 CPM floor Average total compensation: 86 CPM (26% OR base 70 CPM tarp pay over-dimensional pay drop pay other accessorials).
