OTR Flatbed Specialized Company Driver
Pay: $0.70 - $1.34 / MILE
Average 86 CPM - Top 50% earning $1,650 Weekly - Top 20% Earning $2,250 Weekly - Career Path Opportunities - $2,500 Orientation Completion Bonus

Other Flatbed Company Driver Benefits:
Company drivers earn 26% of revenue with a guaranteed 70 CPM floor
Average total compensation: 86 CPM (26% OR base 70 CPM tarp pay over-dimensional pay drop pay other accessorials). Actual earnings vary.
$2,500 orientation completion bonus

Pay Range: $0.70 - $1.34 / MILE

Company Driver Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid Class A CDL driver's license REQUIRED
Must have at least 6 months verifiable OTR experience
Must meet DOT requirements
Must have a stable, verifiable work history and acceptable driving record
