Job description
Enhance Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our SNF team. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop plans of care, and set measurable goals while collaborating with facility staff.
You will supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, document evaluations and progress notes, and educate patients and families about progress and expected outcomes. This role emphasizes compassionate, client-centered care and clear communication.
