Your Impact

In this capacity, your role extends beyond mere symptom treatment—you'll assist in reinstating routines, rebuilding confidence, and reigniting the joy of life's daily activities. From supporting stroke patients in fine motor rehabilitation to aiding orthopedic patients in post-surgery recovery, you will apply your expertise to provide individualized care that promotes resilience and independence.

This is not a place for ticking boxes; here, each patient is a unique narrative, and every therapy session is a vital chapter in their journey toward recovery. Collaborating with fellow therapists, providers, and social workers, you'll develop rehabilitation strategies as distinctive as the persons behind them.

What You'll Find in the Team — And the City That Inspires You

We have cultivated a truly special environment. Our rehabilitation team thrives on collaboration, sharing knowledge, and celebrating victories — both major and minor. Here, your contributions matter, your development is prioritized, and your impact is palpable every day.

And when it comes to the backdrop: welcome to Charlotte, a city that exceeds expectations while rewarding the inquisitive. Leave behind the urban maze and step into a world where scenic parks, bustling markets, and charming neighborhoods invite exploration.

Charlotte bristles with a creative energy, where cultural events flourish, and culinary diversity reigns—from food trucks serving up gourmet bites to renowned restaurants showcasing regional delights. This metropolis is home to artists, visionaries, and entrepreneurs, all the while maintaining a pace that allows for meaningful connections and leisurely strolls through its lush parks.

Who We Seek

We're on the lookout for someone who perceives occupational therapy as more than just a profession; it's a calling. A person who beams when a patient regains the ability to grasp an object, walks fewer steps with assistance, or tells a story they once struggled to communicate.

Whether you're a seasoned OTR/L or a newly certified practitioner, you'll thrive in our environment if you bring passion, determination, and humility to your practice. If blending high-quality care with a fulfilling lifestyle sounds appealing, you've discovered your ideal opportunity.

Let's Create Something Meaningful — Together

Here lies your invitation to contribute to something greater than just a job description. In this role, your efforts can shape lives, fuel recoveries, and help restore what was once lost—all within a region that harmonizes aspiration with tranquility.

If you are ready to embark on a journey of growth, contribute to the community, and immerse yourself in an environment that cares—your future awaits here with us.
