OTR Truck Driver Compensation:
$1,500guaranteedminimum weekly pay
Top-earning drivers earn $110,000/year
$92,000 - $101,000/year average
$1,800 - $2,200/week average*includes ancillary and performance pay
Driver Core is currently averaging $.70/CPM
Additional pay:$2,000 training pay
$10 additional stop pay for every pick-up and drop-off
$0.12/CPM over-dimensional pay
$0.65 - $0.70/CPM outbound mileage pay, based on tenure

OTR Truck Driver Requirements
Must possess a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL A)
To meet our current insurance provider's safety standards, all applicants must be at least 23 years of age at the time of application
At least 6 months of verifiable open-deck (step-deck, double-drop, or flatbed) experience
At least 12 months of verifiable long-haul CDL A experience
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and have a clear status in the FMCSA Clearinghouse
Be able to stay out for at least 3 weeks at a time
A willingness to be dispatched coast to coast
Be able to secure and tarp freight in all weather conditions
