Requirements:
1 to 2 years of full-time outbound collections experience within the last 3-5 years is a must.
Experience creating payment plans and finding solutions for customers
Ability to provide above-and-beyond service
Confidence in hitting metrics, KPI’s, and goals
Experience working with various computer programs

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to collect overdue payments on personal loans
Assist the customer with finding the best payment plan for them
Accurately record customer information into their accounts
