Outbound Provider Verification SpecialistQualified candidates will have:1+ year of professional work experienceExperience in an outbound call center, customer service, healthcare support, data verification, medical office, or similar phone-intensive environmentStrong verbal communication skills and professional phone presenceComfortable making a large volume of outbound calls daily (~200 calls); these calls are fastStrong attention to detail and data entry accuracyAbility to multitask across multiple systems while speaking with contactsExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and maintain productivity in a fast-paced settingProficiency with Microsoft Office SuitePosition Overview:Insight Global is seeking an Outbound Provider Verification Specialist to support a growing healthcare data and compliance organization in Mount Arlington, NJ. This team plays a critical role in helping pharmaceutical, healthcare, and life sciences organizations maintain accurate provider information and remain compliant with industry regulations.In this role, you will spend the majority of your day making outbound calls to healthcare facilities including physician offices, hospitals, nursing homes, and other medical organizations to verify provider and facility information. You will use client-specific scripts and internal systems to validate key details such as provider status, specialty, contact information, practice locations, and facility data.This is a high-volume outbound calling environment where successful individuals are comfortable being on the phone throughout the day, maintaining accuracy while navigating multiple systems and priorities. The ideal candidate enjoys structured work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by meeting productivity goals while maintaining a high level of quality.Responsibilities may include:Make high-volume (~200/day) outbound verification calls to healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizationsVerify and update provider, facility, and practice information using established scripts and compliance guidelinesAccurately document all findings within proprietary internal systemsConduct internet and database research to validate information when neededManage call queues and assigned projects while meeting daily productivity expectationsPrioritize outreach based on time zones, business hours, and project deadlinesSupport multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentParticipate in team meetings and collaborate with leads regarding project updates and prioritiesLogistics:Location: Mount Arlington, NJ (Hybrid)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PMHybrid Schedule: Onsite Wednesdays (All Office Day) and Thursdays (Team Day)Duration: 6 Month Contract-to-HireCompensation & Benefits:Pay rate of $20/hrMedical, dental, and vision benefits available for enrollment starting day one on contract as well as once converted (note: there will be a 30-day gap for the client benefits to kick in at conversion).
