A new Bargersville location is planned for spring 2027, supporting continued growth and regional presence.
Role Description
The Outbound Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Indianapolis, IN, focused on generating new business and growing customer relationships for Indy Grills.
Responsibilities include
Spearheading trade shows, golf outings, farmers markets, festivals, and town/neighborhood events
Building relationships with realtors, designers, hotels, apartment complexes, and custom home builders
Hosting events for the community and prospective clients at our showroom
Visiting homes and spaces of clients to help them design a space right for them
Working with our design team to create 3D renderings
Creating quotes and helping cleints make the best decisions right for them
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Outbound Sales to manage pipelines, conduct outreach, and close new business opportunities.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to research prospects, create targeted contact lists, and develop outreach strategies.
Compensation
Base + Commission: Expected year one earnings approximately $120,000
