Key Responsibilities
Recommend products to customers, based on their unique needs and interests.
Proactively contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain features, and solicit orders.
Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates accurately.
Provide customers with essential product samples and catalogs.
Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support, fostering long-term relationships.
Identify prospective customers through various channels, including business directories, existing client referrals, and industry events.
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training.
5-7 years of experience in a sales or operational support role.
Proven verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
Strong negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic mentoring skills to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
Solid knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
Demonstrated strong organizational skills and a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Prior technology sales experience.
Strong operational experience, contributing to seamless service delivery.
Experience with pipeline management and quote management activities.
Track record of working in a KPI-driven environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and a highly structured, process-oriented mindset.
