Job description
Cooper Electric Supply, LLC, Cranbury, NJ, is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead our Central Distribution Center outbound shipping, prioritizing safety and 100% on-time shipments. You will mentor a team of 6 direct reports and 50 indirect reports, recruit and retain staff for 2nd and 3rd shifts, and ensure efficient operations with strong communication to wire and dispatch teams.
