Job description
GXO Logistics is seeking an Outbound Warehouse Supervisor to lead a fast-paced shipping operation in our transportation and warehousing network. You will oversee outbound workflows, staffing and productivity to ensure accurate, on-time shipments for blue‑chip customers. Responsibilities include managing a team of warehouse associates, monitoring KPIs, enforcing safety and quality standards, and optimizing use of technology, automation and WMS tools. You’ll drive continuous improvement, coach your team, collaborate with cross‑functional partners and help deliver high-performance, customer-focused logistics solutions.
