Job description
Camp Burgess & Hayward is seeking an Outdoor Education Director to manage the rental program for school groups across Fall/Winter/Spring, with day and overnight trips. The role includes hiring and supervising 10–15 seasonal educators, developing new program activities, and coordinating with facilities and food service teams to meet program goals.
