Job description
Christy Sports is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Frisco, Colorado to support the Store Manager in driving sales, managing inventory, and delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will lead a team, develop staff, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced outdoor retail environment.
The role requires at least one year of retail experience (snow sports preferred) and a minimum two years in a supervisory role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems is expected.
