Job description
Sportsman’s Warehouse is seeking a Team Lead in Grand Island, NE. You will supervise hourly Outfitters, guide daily store operations, coach team members, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role requires leadership in a fast-paced retail setting, inventory and merchandising awareness, and adherence to company policies.
You will play a key role in training new staff, managing schedules, and supporting promotional events while maintaining a safe, high-quality store environment.
