Overview
Come practice in Middleburg, an unincorporated area and census-designated place within Clay County, Florida, located 26 miles southwest of downtown Jacksonville and 16 miles northwest of Green Cove Springs, the county seat of Clay County.

Responsibilities
100% outpatient adult and addiction psychiatry (adult and addiction psychiatry)
Qualifications
Board certified in both adult and addiction psychiatry
2+ years of experience
NP supervision required
Schedule & Benefits
Monday through Friday work schedule; no call
$10k sign-on bonus; relocation assistance available (with receipts)
