Position Highlights
Full-Time, Monday-FridaySchedule | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Outpatient-Only Primary Care
Competitive Base Salary: $253,643-$380,464
Bonus opportunity
Quarterly Incentive Plan:Opportunity to earn up to 15% of quarterly earnings
Long-Term IncentiveEligible: Physicians may participate in the Profit Shares program, designed toreward physicians for contributing to the organization's success
Day-One PTO: 160 hours

Qualifications
MD or DO degree from anaccredited medical school
Active and unrestrictedCalifornia medical license
Board Certified or BoardEligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related Primary Carespecialty
Active DEA license
Strong commitment topatient-centered, preventive, and value-based care
Excellent communication,clinical, and collaborative skills
