Experienced Anesthesiologist Opportunity in Rutherford, NJ
A reputable private anesthesia group in Rutherford, New Jersey, seeks an experienced, board-certified Anesthesiologist to join its collaborative team. This role focuses on providing high-quality anesthesia services for outpatient cases in a dynamic, supportive environment, offering an excellent opportunity to advance your career while maintaining work-life balance.
Position Highlights:
Case Types: Administer anesthesia for orthopedics, GI, sedation for pain management, and general surgery cases.
Schedule: 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM, with no call, nights, or weekends.
Responsibilities: Perform regional blocks, conduct preoperative evaluations, and provide postoperative care, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver anesthesia care for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures, maintaining high standards of patient safety.
Collaborate with surgeons and medical staff to optimize patient outcomes in a team-oriented setting.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Stay current with advancements in anesthesia techniques and best practices.
Compensation & Benefits: The position offers a competitive salary of $400,000-$450,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Requirements:
Active New Jersey medical license.
Board certification in Anesthesiology.
