nnnDriving Clinical Excellence: Serving as a specialist in high-stakes areas like nuclear medicine, oncology, and cardiology to ensure every medication plan is perfectly tailored to the patient.

n

nnServing as a Consultant: Acting as a trusted advisor to medical staff and clinical leadership, providing real-time drug information and recommending formulary alternatives that prioritize safety and efficacy.

n

nnEnsuring Patient Safety: Meticulously reviewing orders to proactively identify and resolve potential drug-related issues before they reach the bedside.

n

nnLeading & Mentoring: Overseeing the technical pharmacy team and shaping the future of the profession by serving as a preceptor for pharmacy students.

n nWhat minimum requirements you'll need

nLicensure / Certification / Registration:

nnPharmacist credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

n nEducation:

nnBachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.

n nAdditional Preferences:

nnnPGY-2 residency in Cardiology or Ambulatory Care or equivalent experience

nnExperience managing a clinic under a collaborative practice agreement
