Job description
Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide ambulatory care in the Outpatient CV Subspecialty Clinics. The position focuses on Pulmonary Hypertension and may include Heart Failure, Cardiac Amyloidosis and Cardiac Sarcoidosis.
You will collaborate with other care team members to deliver comprehensive patient care both in person and remotely. Responsibilities include patient education, documentation, and applying care protocols.
