Job description
Washington Regional Medical System in Northwest Arkansas seeks an Outpatient Lead CDI Specialist – Certified to oversee the outpatient CDI team, provide day-to-day leadership, and ensure accurate documentation that supports proper coding and reimbursement.
You will educate providers and staff, supervise CDI specialists, analyze program data, and collaborate with revenue cycle, quality, and compliance to drive improvements in documentation integrity and outpatient revenue outcomes.
