Job description
Geode Health, Inc. is seeking an Outpatient Psychiatrist for the Evergreen, IL area. This role offers a hybrid schedule with three days onsite and two days telehealth, no nights, no weekends, and no on-call requirements.
A strong compensation package includes base salary with bonus potential and CME support. Applicants must hold an active Illinois license, active DEA and a CS license in IL, and be board eligible or certified in Psychiatry.
