Overview
Northwell Health is seeking a full‑time, Board‑Certified/Board‑Eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join the Outpatient Clinic at Staten Island University Hospital, a 714‑bed teaching institution in New York City.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral, and cognitive difficulties.
Administer evidence‑based psychotherapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Prescribe and manage pharmacotherapy for children, adolescents, and young adults.
Provide training and supervision to child and adolescent psychiatry fellows.
Qualifications
Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
