Job description
Community Care Physicians, a physician-owned multispecialty group in Latham, NY, seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care across our outpatient practices. The RN will perform assessments, administer medications, coordinate treatment plans, triage calls, and provide education to patients and families. Working closely with physicians and a collaborative care team, you’ll support primary and specialty care, focus on quality and safety, and build long-term patient relationships.
