Job description
Community Care Physicians, a physician-owned multispecialty group in Latham, NY, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care across our outpatient practices. The RN will perform assessments, administer medications, support procedures, and coordinate care for diverse patient populations. Responsibilities include patient and family education, phone triage, accurate EMR documentation, and collaboration with physicians and staff.
