Job description
VHC Health in Arlington, Virginia seeks a Clinical Pharmacist (Outpatient) to provide safe, accurate pharmaceutical care and clinical support in an outpatient setting. The role emphasizes disease-guided plans of care and collaboration with physicians, nurses and staff to improve patient outcomes.
Ideal candidates will have an ACPE-accredited PharmD, with Doctorate in Pharmacy or residency preferred, and at least two years of healthcare/pharmacology experience. Virginia license is required.
