Job description
Kettering Health Network is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for outpatient services in Miamisburg. The role focuses on safe, evidence-based medication therapy and close collaboration with care teams. Must hold a Pharm.D. or BS in Pharmacy and an active Ohio license.
Experience in medication safety, drug information, ambulatory care, or specialty pharmacy is preferred; BLS and immunization certification are required or obtained within 90 days of hire. Full-time, days available.
