Job description
As an Outpatient CT Tech at Wellstar, you will provide high-quality CT imaging for ambulatory patients across a leading not-for-profit health system. Working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment, you’ll perform CT exams using established protocols, verify patient history and safety criteria, and educate patients to ensure comfort and understanding. You will operate advanced CT equipment, assist with IV contrast, and monitor patients throughout procedures while upholding strict radiation safety and infection-prevention standards. You’ll document exams accurately in imaging systems, coordinate closely with radiologists and interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to quality improvement and continuous learning.
