Job description
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse to join the Outpatient CAP program. The RN CAP 1 will coordinate and deliver clinically competent care for an assigned patient group, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation during hemodialysis treatments.
Under supervision, you will collect patient data, adjust care plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
