Job description
Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level Professional Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP1 program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients, including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation, under supervision.
Collaborating with RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians, you will collect data during hemodialysis, educate patients and families, and participate in quality improvement activities that enhance patient outcomes.
